"I tried using it a couple of times..."
I tried using it a couple of times, but it still didn’t feel like things were actually clean or disinfected afterward. Maybe I was expecting more, but... yeah, it just didn’t give me much confidence

"Smell was just too much for me"
I really wanted to like this because it does seem to clean fine, but wow, the smell is intense. At first I thought it was kind of fresh, and then a few minutes later it was giving me a headache. I don’t need my whole place smelling like perfume after I wipe something down. I ended up opening the windows just to air it out, which was annoying.

"As someone who’s used to shopping..."
As someone who’s used to shopping and browsing online, this site really frustrated me. I couldn’t find what I was looking for without getting annoyed, and the whole experience felt way harder than it needed to be.

It does clean well, so it’s not even about that. The issue for me is the spray itself — if I use more than a little, my eyes start watering and my throat gets irritated. I’ve started opening the windows whenever I use it, which helps, but I wish it wasn’t so harsh.

"Nozzle started leaking almost immediately"
The bottle looked totally fine at first, but after just a few uses the sprayer started leaking. Instead of misting normally, a bunch of the product runs down my hand, which is frustrating. The cap also felt kind of loose when it arrived in the bag, so maybe that had something to do with it? I’m curious if anyone else had the same issue, because I really just expected it to spray like a normal bottle

"Works fine, but feels overpriced"
It does the job okay, but the price feels high for what it is. I’ve used similar cleaners from the store that cost less and work about the same. I also wish the instructions were a bit clearer, especially on how much to use and where it works best

"Unnecessary damage to my countertop"
I tried this and it ended up ruining my countertop. that kind of damage is completely unnecessary. Definitely not surface safe in my experience...
